July 15, 2010 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #20 Item Title C-19 Contract for mental health service for E/BD students with Clay Behavioral Health Center for school year 2010-2011. Issue/Rationale This contract continues counseling services required for severe E/BD students.  Services are provided by employees of Clay County Behavioral Health Center, Inc. on school campuses.  Such counseling services are a mandated service provided in a student's Individual Education Plan. Recommended Action Approve Continuing Contract with Clay Behavioral Health Center, Inc. as presented. Financial Impact Using a contractor is the most cost efficient way to provide these services.  Cost for services is approximately $80,000.00. Submitted By Terry D.
